We pride ourselves on shipping your products as ordered. Please read below our shipping and return policy.

- We strive to ship our Health, Beauty, Wellness Household and Pet care products at the lowest possible shipping rate, however in the case of rising shipping costs these products may incur an increased shipping fee. These products normally ship within 7 to 11 business days from date of order, except Pre-Launch products that are offered in a Pre-Order status may take up to 2 to 3 weeks.
- CaBougieDo logo gear depending on pricing from our suppliers may ship free, if not shipping will be charged at checkout. Allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of these goods depending on which printing house processes the gear.
- CaBougieDo wood products will be assessed a shipping fee due to the weight of these products. All products are made out of solid wood. See below the shipping chart for these goods.
- All shipped orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order is fulfilled in our system. You will receive an email notification and tracking information up to the date of delivery.
- For all orders over $1,000 “signature on delivery” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud.
- If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us at cabougiedo@gmail.com. As always before we ship, we will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
- As we pride ourselves on shipping all products as ordered, in the case you receive the wrong order or your order is damaged our return policy requires photos of wrong delivered or damaged goods, wrong or damaged goods to be returned must have tracking information and insurance to cover the value of the goods.
